Huanier Homes USA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Huanier Inc. Originally founded by a Swiss National and his wife, ownership of Huanier Inc soon transferred to three siblings, two brothers and a sister. Over the ensuing 30 years Huanier has grown from a start up to an internationally recognized brand.
For the Huainer Homes real estate development website, we focused on highlighting their most recent community development in Florida. Our client wanted beautiful sliders that were mobile friendly to emphasize the many options available with each floor plan. We hand selected clean, crisp images for a seamless layout. To engage and involve the user, decrease bounce rates, and increase conversions we designed the real estate website with entrance animations, image pop-ups, and parallax header images which displayed throughout the website.
In addition, the website was built for scalability with options to add new developments in the future.
